Overview
Jabsy is a GLP-1 tracking app. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and the control you have over it. The short version: your health data belongs to you, we never sell it, and you can export or delete it at any time.
Information you give us
Tracking entries you log in the app — doses, injection sites, weight, mood, side effects, notes and meals — plus your medication and schedule preferences. If you contact support or join the launch list, we also hold your email address.
How your data is stored
Your tracking data is stored securely on your device and in encrypted cloud storage associated with your private account. We apply industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest.
What we never do
We never sell your personal information to third parties, never share identifiable health data with advertisers, and never use your entries to build advertising profiles.
Anonymous, aggregated trends
We may use anonymous, aggregated data — for example, average dose-change patterns across thousands of users — to improve the app. This data can never be traced back to you, and you can opt out in Privacy Settings at any time.
Your rights
You can export your full history as a PDF and permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app. You can also contact us to exercise any rights you have under UK GDPR or other applicable data protection law.
