Acceptance of terms
By downloading or using Jabsy you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
What Jabsy is — and isn't
Jabsy is a personal tracking tool for people prescribed GLP-1 medications. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Nothing in the app replaces the guidance of your prescriber or healthcare team.
Your responsibilities
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you log and for following your prescriber's instructions. Dose schedules and medication levels shown in Jabsy are estimates for personal reference only — never use them to make dosing decisions.
Your data
Your entries belong to you. You can export or delete them at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the app: no attempting to access other users' data, no reverse engineering except where permitted by law, and no using Jabsy for anything unlawful.
Changes and availability
We may update features, these terms, or the app's availability over time. We'll give reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
Liability
Jabsy is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for decisions made based on app data or for any indirect losses arising from use of the app.
